JAPANESE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Job Description:

– Engage directly in Forex translating / Forex trading (get basic training if you have not experienced).
– Support to Japanese customers via Chatwork, Skype, Email or telephone directly with customers.
– Synthesize information of other groups (English group + Chinese group) to make reports as required.
– Bridge between Japanese leader and English, Chinese groups.
– Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

– Male / Female under 40, working in HCMC.
– Interested in translation and communication with customers in Japanese.
– Japanese from N2 or above, preferably candidates who have lived or worked in Japan or fluent Japanese
language candidates.
– Accept new graduated or inexperienced (Japanese fluent).
– Candidates who have participated in the Japanese translator in the financial / investment / securities sector is a
big advantage.
– Priority for those who can start the job immediately.
