ENGLISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Job Description:

– We need 1 staff for customer support for foreigner/ oversea clients.
– Daily checking email from customers and responsible for answering any customer’s inquiry about forex services,
phone calls, live chat and additional necessary works.
– Submit daily reports to Director/ Manager.
– The ability to work during holidays. (300% of normal day)
– Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to manage tasks.
– Must be computer literate and comfortable learning forex software functions.
– Other duties as assigned by Managers.

Requirements

– College or above degree
– Required language(s): English (IELTS 6.0+)
– Accept new graduated or inexperienced (English fluent).Customer service experience is a plus.
– Having long-term commitment.
– High teamwork spirit & responsibility, patience and carefulness.
